Options for delivery can be foud at our Delivery Information Page. Exact delivery charges are displayed for goods in the website shopping cart at checkout once your postcode has been entered
Our delivery timescales are based upon working days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday and subject to the same delivery timescales as an order placed on the Monday morning. For instance an order placed on Saturday for Next Working Day by 10:30 will be processed on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.
Failed Deliveries - Customer Unavailable
Attempted deliveries where customers are unavailable (carded deliveries) will be held in the local depot of our courier pending your instruction for redelivery. Parcels not instructed for redelivery or collected within five days will be returned to our Distribution Centre and additional charges for redelivery may be incurred. Upon dispatch we will send you an email and/or SMS to enable you to track your parcel. Please provide us with a suitable email address and mobile phone number to take advantage of this service (not available for Royal Mail 2nd Class Post delivery option where chosen).
Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in £’s sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. The prices and terms & conditions set out in this website are correct at the time of publishing. On the rare occasion where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices consistent with those printed in any catalogue, mailshots or advertisements, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. VAT), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after inspection of the item. This 12 month warranty does not supercede any additional or longer warranties offered by the manufacturer; however outside of this 12 month period any additional manufacturers warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and subject to any terms and conditions of the manufacturer. Where an item includes details of registering your purchase we encourage you to complete this process to take advantage of any manufacturer warranties offered.

Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we’ll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
