The Polka Dot is a pedal-assisted electric bike with a top speed of approx 15.5mph with its easy to use 5-level PAS Pedal Assist System, and a generous range - plenty for commuting or for rides out; especially considering that being a full-size bike with all the features of a standard cycle, it's easy to ride without power assistance too! It's perfect if you like to ride to work but there's a boring hill in the middle of your ride - engaging the electric pedal assist when you need it lets you enjoy a normal ride without getting hot and bothered. Breeze into the office whilst others are faffing with showers - the Polka Dot is designed because you like to look and feel great!
Fun for rides with the family too - the 26" x 1.75 tyres are mountain bike sized, with a city tread, meaning that you can take in roads or leisure trails on the National Cycle Network - plus the TGS front suspension forks add comfort and remove shocks from your arms and wrists over bumpy ground. The 5-level power assistance helps you along as little or as much as you require.
The Polka Dot will do 30 + miles per full charge on the highest speed setting as a guide. Absolute range is dependent on the weight of cyclist, frequent use of PAS, the air pressure in the tyres, road condition, etc. Continually using the throttle and/or hill climbing will significantly reduce the range of the battery.
